BBA offers a variety of trainings covering the full range of bank technical and financial industry operations and functions.
These activities are organized through four different channels:
Every organization has individual needs and a specific path to follow in order to grow and distinguish itself in today’s competitive marketplace. Training and development is an integral part of this, and must be tailored to suit these needs. Structure and content of the training programmes derive from the strategic approach taken by the organization to present and future goals.
The BBA offers sound learning solutions that suit each specific situation and link your business strategy to your existing stock of skills and resources. To cater to these various needs, BBA offers an evolutionary curriculum, structured to react pro-actively to new developments in the financial services industry, the changing environment and the development of new products.
In order to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and make clients self-reliant as fast as possible, BBA has developed an in-depth experience and a set of unique skills in Train-The-Trainer and Adult Learning techniques in a wide variety of learning domains.
BBA is especially well known for its computer-based simulation programmes destined for bank training. BBA developed and updated four educational banking games and also offers one business simulation:
BBA institutes a series of academic courses to enable banking professionals to keep up with the rapid evolution of their sector. They are developed and implemented in association with European universities and famous business schools so that official degrees can be issued. The courses last one and a half to two years and are taught by academic staff and experienced professionals in the banking sector (more than 60% of the teachers are practitioners).
They are intended for people already in banking who are about to move into senior positions, and for graduates who are looking for a career in banking. These programmes aim to give graduates and professionals a clear understanding of strategic and operational issues in banking and an in-depth knowledge of the most recent processes and techniques that are used in modern banking in order to enable them to manage their business effectively and successfully.
The programmes are composed of such academic elements as lectures, workshops on case studies, seminars, team-based projects, group discussions and simulations.
