PPMGL Consulting respects your privacy and cares about how your personal information is treated. Our company makes every effort to ensure full compliance with data protection legislation.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with data protection legislation, in particular the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of the privacy of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).

3. Data processed

We collect a variety of personal data, including:

Identification data, such as name, job title, company you work for, postal address, telephone number, cell phone number, fax number and e-mail address

Banking data, such as credit card number, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT, billing information

Other commercial information necessarily processed as part of a project or contractual relationship

Information provided by candidates when applying for a job; Identification data and general information on employees or suppliers provided by them or collected as part of our commercial acceptance process.

Any other data you voluntarily provide to us.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We collect personal data from you in the course of our business, when you contact us or request information, when you use our services or as a result of your relationship with one or more of our employees and customers.

We process your personal data for a variety of purposes. For each purpose, only data relevant to the pursuit of the purpose in question is processed. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes (without limitation):

Establishing, executing and conducting the contractual relationship with the customer


To provide services
Respond to requests for information
Comply with legal obligations imposed on PPMGL Consulting
Manage and administer business relationships, including payment processing, accounting, billing and collection, support services and evaluation of service providers and suppliers

Performance of a contract: PPMGL Consulting needs to collect some of your data in order to respond to your requests. If you choose not to share this data with PPMGL Consulting, this may make it impossible to perform the contract.

If the legal basis for the processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

5. Recipients

We may share your personal information with certain trusted third parties in accordance with the contractual arrangements in place with them, including:

External third-party service providers to whom we subcontract certain support services (IT service providers, accountants, etc.).

In such cases, third parties will only disclose data to other third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract or if they are required to do so by a legal obligation.

6. Retention period

We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

PPMGL Consulting retains personal data when this is necessary to enforce its rights or defend itself against legal actions, until the end of the relevant retention period or until the actions in question come to an end. In any event, when a legal or regulatory obligation requires us to have access to your personal information, it may be kept for as long as this obligation applies to us (PPMGL Consulting is bound by a legal obligation to save your personal data for up to 10 years in order to prove your professional knowledge (access to the profession) or your continuing education).

Once these purposes have been fulfilled, all personal data will be deleted or made anonymous.

7. Security

PPMGL Consulting implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration or any other unauthorized processing. These personal data protection measures will be regularly adapted to technical developments and organizational changes.

Our partners, employees, consultants, workers and subcontractors, who have access to and are involved in the processing of personal information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of such personal information.

8. Rights and complaints

In accordance with and within the limits of privacy protection regulations, data subjects have the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data by PPMGL Consulting:

- Right of access
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to ask for details of how we process it.

- Right of rectification
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

You have the right to have your personal data erased, except for data that PPMGL Consulting is legally obliged to retain.

- Right to limit processing
You have the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of your personal data and, in case of limitation, to limit the processing to the mere storage of such data.

You may obtain limitation of processing when you object to the processing, when you dispute the accuracy of the data, or when you consider that the processing is unlawful.

- Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.

- Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out prior to withdrawal. We may be obliged to continue processing your personal data to the extent required or permitted by law.

- Right to object
You have the right to object, on certain grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data at any time. In particular, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.

All requests must be accompanied by sufficient proof of identity. PPMGL Consulting undertakes to examine any request or complaint and to respond in a timely manner and, in any event, within one month of receipt of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended to two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests.

9. Transfer
