Description

Framework agreement for technical support and services related to inclusive growth in countries where Enabel operates.


The agreement enables Enabel to quickly mobilize specialized expertise to support public policies, strengthen economic actors, improve governance systems, and support the development of productive sectors.


The areas covered include:

• governance and institutional strengthening

• economic development and support for entrepreneurship

• public finance and economic management

• management and implementation of projects and programs

• mechanisms promoting economic and social inclusion

Role of BBA

BBA (a PPMGL Consulting Company) has been awarded lots 1, 3, 7, 10, and 11 of the framework agreement.


As such, BBA is mobilizing national and international expertise to:


Lot 1 – Governance and institutional strengthening

Support public administrations, institutions, and sector operators in improving their organizational, regulatory, and operational capacities.


Lot 3 – Economic development and entrepreneurship

Strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, support MSME support mechanisms, and guide economic actors towards inclusive and sustainable models.


Lot 7 – Public finances

Contribute to improving public finance management systems, strengthening budgetary capacities, and improving the performance of public financial institutions.


Lot 10 – Project management

Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and capitalization of projects and programs financed by Enabel.


Lot 11 – Cross-cutting support for inclusive growth

Provide multisectoral expertise aimed at strengthening economic competitiveness, social inclusion, and the impact of public policies.
