Description
The Awa Prize is an initiative by Enabel that aims to highlight and support women entrepreneurs in partner countries. At the end of the competition, 27 winners were selected to receive enhanced support to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and accelerate the development of their businesses.
In this context, BBA – Belgian Bankers Academy was commissioned to design and implement a comprehensive capacity-building program comprising:
an individual entrepreneurial diagnosis for each winner;
intensive training sessions focusing on financial management, strategy, leadership, business structuring, and access to financing;
personalized coaching tailored to the maturity level of each project;
practical, solution-oriented workshops to support the growth and sustainability of entrepreneurial initiatives;
support for the consolidation of the business plan and development prospects.
The mission is taking place in Senegal, the program's host country, and contributes directly to Enabel's objective of strengthening female entrepreneurship as a driver of economic and social transformation.
