Description

The Services for EU’s External Action 2023 (SEA 2023) framework aims to enable the rapid mobilization of expertise to assist DG INTPA, European delegations, and partner countries in their development policies. Lot 7 covers services related to economic governance, macroeconomic analysis, public finance management, financial supervision, and institutional reforms.

This mechanism enables public authorities to benefit from technical support (expertise, diagnostics, studies, institutional strengthening) according to identified needs, contributing to improving macroeconomic stability, financial transparency, and the quality of public policies in a global context.

Role of BBA

As a member of the consortium awarded Lot 7, BBA mobilizes analysts, economists, and public finance experts to:

  • conduct macroeconomic or sectoral assessments;
  • support authorities in public finance management, governance, and financial supervision;
  • produce reports, assessments, and recommendations for public policy;
  • assist in the implementation of institutional reforms and EU-funded projects.
