Description

As part of its skills development program, the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) commissioned the Belgian Bankers Academy (BBA) to design and deliver a series of train-the-trainer workshops in Dhaka.

The training focused on performance management simulation for financial institutions, an innovative tool designed to improve understanding of the mechanisms of profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic management at the branch level.

A total of three workshops were organized between April and September 2016, bringing together BIBM trainers and local bank executives. The program enabled the transfer of modern teaching methods and advanced banking management skills to the Bangladeshi institution.

The BIBM officially confirmed the success of the project and the quality of the work provided by the BBA, attesting to a service delivered "in a timely and satisfactory manner."
