Description

As part of its capacity-building programme, the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management, BIBM, commissioned Belgian Bankers Academy, BBA, to design and deliver a series of Train-the-Trainer workshops in Dhaka.

The training focused on a bank branch performance management simulation designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of profitability, operational efficiency and strategic management at branch level.

Three workshops were delivered between April and September 2016, bringing together BIBM trainers and managers from local banks. The programme enabled BIBM to adopt interactive teaching methods and strengthen advanced banking management skills.

BIBM formally confirmed the successful completion of the assignment and the quality of BBA’s work, noting that the services had been delivered on time and satisfactorily.
