BBA continuously develops its network of international experts for technical assistance, training and institutional support assignments.
We are seeking senior experts, sector specialists, trainers, team leaders, project coordinators and consultants with relevant experience in international contexts.
Selected profiles may be included in our expert database and contacted when an assignment matches their experience.
Areas of Expertise Sought
BBA is particularly interested in profiles with proven experience in the following areas:
- Banking, finance and microfinance
- SME finance and financial inclusion
- Risk management, compliance, audit and internal control
- Institutional governance and organisational transformation
- Sustainable finance, ESG and climate risks
- Payments, digital finance and financial infrastructure
- Private sector development and entrepreneurship
- Training, instructional design and banking simulations
- International project management, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building
Profiles Sought
Applications may be submitted by senior experts, sector specialists, trainers, team leaders, project coordinators and consultants with relevant experience in international contexts.
Experience working with financial institutions, central banks, public organisations, donors, development agencies or international cooperation projects is an asset.
A good command of English or French is expected. Knowledge of other working languages is appreciated.
Collaboration Arrangements
Assignments proposed by BBA are carried out on an independent basis. They may include short-term interventions, short-term or long-term assignments, remote services or international travel.
Contractual terms, duration, location and fees are defined for each assignment according to the project, the profile required and the requirements of the client or donor.
