Strengthening the MSME offering: assessment of the MSME portfolio, identification of market segments, analysis of lending practices and dedicated financing instruments. Optimisation of the product offering through improved targeting, development of loan appraisal tools and training for relationship managers.
Establishment of Partial Portfolio Guarantee monitoring: design of an automated reporting system to monitor loans eligible under the guarantee mechanism, including guarantee indicators, volumes and maturities. Preparation of periodic reports and training of the teams responsible for using the dashboards.
At the end of the assignment, BVF Société Générale had a robust methodology for developing its MSME client base and an operational tool for monitoring the Partial Portfolio Guarantee, ensuring transparency and traceability of the guarantee mechanisms.
