Framework contract covering technical assistance services and assignments related to inclusive growth in Enabel partner countries.

The framework enables Enabel to rapidly mobilise specialised expertise to support public policies, strengthen economic stakeholders, improve governance systems and foster the development of productive sectors.

The lots covered include:

• governance and institutional strengthening

• economic development and entrepreneurship support

• public finance and economic management

• project and programme management and implementation

• mechanisms supporting economic and social inclusion

BBA’s Role

BBA, a PPMGL Consulting company, has been awarded Lots 1, 3, 7, 10 and 11 under the framework contract.

In this capacity, BBA mobilises national and international expertise in the following areas:

Lot 1, Governance and Institutional Strengthening

Supporting public administrations, institutions and sector operators in strengthening their organisational, regulatory and operational capacities.

Lot 3, Economic Development and Entrepreneurship

Strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems, supporting MSME support mechanisms and helping economic stakeholders transition towards inclusive and sustainable business models.

Lot 7, Public Finance

Contributing to the improvement of public financial management systems, strengthening budgetary capacity and enhancing the performance of public financial institutions.

Lot 10, Project Management

Supporting the planning, implementation, monitoring and knowledge capitalisation of projects and programmes funded by Enabel.

Lot 11, Cross-Cutting Support for Inclusive Growth

Providing multisectoral expertise to strengthen economic competitiveness, social inclusion and the impact of public policies.
